My name is Jane, and I’m the founder of Take Care Mama Massage. With over a decade of experience as a massage therapist, I specialize in prenatal, and postpartum care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of mothers on their wellness journeys. I’m also a yoga instructor with a deep love for restorative practices, and as a mother myself, I understand firsthand the unique needs and challenges you face.
