⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Jane is absolutely amazing! I began seeing her for prenatal massages, and she has worked wonders for my sciatica and pelvic pain. The pregnancy pillows she uses make it comfortable for me to lay on my stomach and back, which has been such a relief. Jane also takes the time to teach me simple techniques I can use at home for pain relief and explains why certain areas of my body may feel tighter. Her passion for helping mamas feel their best truly shines through in every session!"

    • More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

    • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full service fee will be charged.

    • Reschedule within 24 hours: We’ll waive the fee as a courtesy.

    • True emergencies? Life happens—we get it. If something urgent comes up, just let us know and you won’t be charged.

Thank you for understanding and helping us support as many mamas as possible with consistency and care.

  • Not at all. Your comfort is our priority. You’re welcome to leave your underwear on or undress fully—whatever helps you feel most relaxed. You’ll always be draped professionally and respectfully, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

  • We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, and HSA/FSA cards.

  • Shaving is absolutely not necessary—your comfort is what matters most. While you don’t need to be freshly showered, we do appreciate a general level of cleanliness. If you've just finished a workout, please shower before your session to ensure a more comfortable and respectful experience for everyone.

  • It’s entirely up to you—there are benefits to both talking and silence, and we’ll follow your lead.

Talking can help you process emotions and life events, which may enhance your sense of relaxation. While we won’t offer advice, we’re always here as a non-judgmental, caring, and supportive presence.

Staying quiet, on the other hand, may help you drop into a deeper state of rest and peace. Do what feels right for you in the moment.

Please always speak up if something feels painful, uncomfortable, or if you need anything adjusted—whether it’s speed, pressure, focus area, or even taking a break or stopping the session altogether. Your comfort and safety come first.

Meet the Founder

When Jane had her first (and only) child during COVID, her planned unmedicated birth center delivery shifted into an unexpected cesarean. She was sent home with nothing but NSAIDs, a RICE protocol, and no real roadmap for recovery. The emotional and physical weight of that experience stuck with her—and planted the seed for something deeper.

After stepping away from massage to stay home with her son, Jane returned to the work with a renewed mission: to support moms through the messiness, the mystery, and the milestones of becoming a mama. She wanted to offer more than just a good massage—though yes, her deep tissue work is something pregnant mamas rave about. She wanted to create a sanctuary where moms feel seen, held, and gently guided through their healing.

Whether your birth plan went exactly as you hoped or completely sideways, Jane gets it. She knows how isolating those early postpartum days can feel—and how hard it is to ask for help. She also believes we don’t have to choose between mainstream medicine and holistic healing. We can say yes to both. Jane’s work bridges the two worlds with compassion, skill, and a deep belief in the transformative power of touch.

Although born in Singapore and raised in Indonesia until age 5, Jane grew up in Littleton, Colorado. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Redlands (California). Realizing that Counseling was not in the cards, she went to Colorado School of Healing Arts for Massage Therapy and graduated in 2010.

When not massaging, Jane loves spending time with her husband, 5 year old son and dog, outside on an adventure (whether locally or further away).

Jane hopes to expand the Take Care Mama Massage team - let us know if you are a good fit or or know someone who might be!
